Hardware: Macbook Bootcamp Drivers Issue
Okay, so I have a weird predicament here. I bought my Macbook roughly 2 years ago, and in this process its broken down a few times, but that does not bother me at all. In fact, they were kind enough to swap out my Macbook with a brand new Macbook. Everything is great, except when I try to load up Windows XP Boot Camp on the machine. Let me tell you why. Even though the Macbook is the same, all of the hardware is now different, so the original DVD/CD with all of the Windows drivers no longer works. As you can imagine, this can be problematic, especially since you cannot easily download these drivers from Apple’s website.
So I embarked on my journey to find my own drivers and make this sucker work. I found out they no longer used Marvell as the ethernet NIC card provider, instead, they use nVidia.

Now I will try to run the Windows Updates since I am now connected to the Internet via ethernet, and let you know if that resolves the issue with the other drivers.
I’ll keep you guys posted, and hopefully I brought someone else with this issue one step closer to solving their problem.
